Dique Malargue

 

At 7 kms. from the village. You reach it by Route 40 south. After passing the bridge over the Malargüe river, you will see a dirt road that  detours to the right, at 4 kms, allowing to reach the dike. Where the waters of the Malargue river are collected, its highland course flows down impetuously from 2.500 mts to end in its adjacents in the Llancanello lagoon. At the side of the dike , nowadays a fishing station exists with more than 8.000 samples of salmoned trout. A park of ancient trees allows the visitors to camp.
