Near the house there are several Consulates of different countries, seven blocks from the center of Mendoza, where there are all sorts of services, and four blocks from the General San Martin Park,307 hectares of differents trees with a Zoo, a lake, De
la Gloria hill, El Challao (a sanctuary of The Holy Virgin of Lourdes), an open sky greek amphitheatre, the Malvinas Argentinas Stadium, a convention open sky centre called FIA, the Universidad Nacional de Cuyo Campus.
Seven blocks from the Zaldivar Institute, the Hyatt Hotel, Regency Casino, Convention Centre and Auditorium Angel Bustelo and four blocks from Mendoza Univesity.
